Processing Times

All orders are packed with care and dispatched within 3–5 working days of your order being placed. Orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and bank holidays.

As I run a small independent business, processing times may occasionally be a little longer during busy periods, particularly around Christmas. If there are any significant delays before dispatch, I’ll do my best to keep you updated.

UK Shipping

I currently ship within the UK only. Orders are sent using Royal Mail or another suitable postal service.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery may be delayed due to courier services, adverse weather conditions or busy periods such as Christmas and other peak times. Unfortunately, these delays are outside of my direct control, and I cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date.

Delayed or Missing Deliveries

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the courier, and delays or delivery issues may be outside of my control.

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please check with your local delivery office or Post Office, and with your neighbours, in case the parcel has been left for collection or delivered nearby.

If you've checked these options and still can't locate your order, or you believe there is an issue with your delivery, please get in touch with me at caitiebethdesign@gmail.com and include your order number. I'll do my best to help investigate the issue with the courier.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me at caitiebethdesign@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage so I can look into this and help resolve the issue.

Packaging

All orders are carefully packaged to help ensure your prints, cards and other illustrated goodies arrive safely. Packaging may vary depending on the size and type of your order.
